This fabulous cocktail-style sterling silver ring is topped by a pear-cut simulated aquamarine, framed by 28 round-cut simulated diamonds. The design is inspired by a ring that Ernest Borgnine gave Tova when they renewed their wedding vows aboard a cruise liner in 1991.
