HP Personal Systems Group, Executive Vice President, Todd Bradley confirmed the release date for the much awaited HP WebOS Tablet,  The official release date has been scheduled for sometime in the 1^st quarter of 2011.

There have been constant discussions and talk about the launch of the HP WebOS Tablet, since HP completed the purchase of Palm earlier in the year and now it seems all the speculation has been confirmed.

HP stated that there will be a Microsoft Windows 7 operating system, aimed at enterprise users, and the WebOS devices will be targeted to consumers.

By launching a variety of different tablet computers, aimed at every market, HP is hoping for the chance to challenge the popularity of Apple’s iPad.
